FCC Media Ownership Hearing

fcclogo300Lear Center Director Marty Kaplan took part in a panel discussion about diversity in entertainment and cross-ownership rules at an FCC Media Ownership Hearing August 31 at USC’s Davidson Conference Center.

This forum was open to the public and conducted by FCC Commissioners Jonathan Adelstein and Michael Copps and Congresswoman Hilda Solis. Testimony was recorded and submitted as a public record to the FCC as part of the Further Notice of Proposed Rulemaking on media rules.
